Job Description
Falcon National Bank in Saint Cloud is seeking a seasoned Equipment Finance Sales & Syndication Manager to lead its equipment finance initiatives. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of sales, syndication activities, and partner relationships to drive growth while maintaining regulatory alignment.
Job Overview
The Equipment Finance Department focuses on delivering superior client service that supports the growth of Falcon Equipment Finance. It emphasizes building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective dealers through proactive outreach, responsive communication, and deep industry expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Equipment Finance Sales and Syndication team to meet production, revenue, and portfolio targets.
- Serve as an active member of the Bank Leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, enterprise initiatives, and growth.
- Develop and execute sales and business development plans to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and cross-selling bank products such as credit, trust/investment, and cash management.
- Oversee end-to-end syndication transactions from initial review and structuring to documentation and funding, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Manage relationships with syndication partners, negotiating terms that support efficient execution, sound risk management, and favorable pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and investors to support buy-side and sell-side syndication and expand lending capacity.
- Identify new market opportunities, syndication channels, and investor relationships to drive growth, diversification, and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitive conditions, and syndication opportunities to guide transaction structures, pricing, and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal sales, credit, and portfolio management teams to align syndication strategies with client needs, credit standards, and Bank objectives.
- Monitor syndicated portfolio performance and partner exposures to ensure compliance with credit policy, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Provide strategic input on transaction structure, pricing, and risk-return considerations to support portfolio quality and long-term performance.
- Analyze performance metrics and financial data to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a daily escalation resource to resolve issues and ensure client expectations are met.
- Represent the Bank through industry, civic, and community involvement to strengthen the Equipment Finance brand and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, regulatory requirements, and competitive developments within Equipment Finance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in equipment finance, leasing, or financial services, including sales, business development, and leadership responsibilities, required.

Pay
Pay range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year; incentive compensation.
