Job Description
Volkswagen of Newnan is looking for a Finance Manager to help steer the dealership’s financial performance and support major financial decisions. This onsite role in Newnan, GA 30263 combines day-to-day financial oversight with leadership of the finance team, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop strategies that increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor finance department staff to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
