Job Description

Join City Wide Auto Credit in Millbury, OH, onsite, as a Finance Manager / Desk Manager and lead our automotive financing operations. You will oversee the full loan process, nurture customer relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving revenue through thoughtful upselling and negotiation. The role offers a monthly compensation of $7,000 to $15,000, with hands-on, in-person collaboration and a clear path for advancement. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of automotive loans, including credit evaluation, deal structuring, and title processing, to ensure timely closings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and effective upselling of financing and F&I products.
  • Negotiate loan terms to optimize profitability while staying compliant with TILA and dealership policies.
  • Supervise how deals are structured to maximize profitability within industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all financial documents, contracts, and regulatory filings meet automotive and financial compliance standards.
  • Leverage dealership software to streamline loan processing, credit analysis, and client data management.
  • Deliver regular training on regulatory knowledge, credit analysis techniques, and dealership sales strategies to develop the team.
  • Maintain precise transaction records with accurate math for deal structuring, including 10-key typing tasks.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities that boost revenue while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Monitor compliance with loan regulations, including TILA disclosures and title processing procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or dealership sector, including roles such as loan officer or finance manager.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive sales regulations, financial compliance standards, and credit analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, client communication, and relationship-management skills that foster trust and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with dealership management software such as CDK for transaction processing and record keeping.
  • Strong math skills for deal structuring, credit assessments, and contract details; 10-key typing proficiency is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of automotive financing products, including F&I options.
  • Ability to interpret complex loan and title-related contracts and legal documents accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to compliance documentation and transaction records.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities with a proactive approach to upselling beneficial products or services.
