Job Description

City Wide Auto Credit invites you to join our on-site team in Fremont, Ohio as Finance Manager / Desk Manager. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of USD 7,000 to 15,000, along with a benefits package that includes an employee discount, opportunities for advancement, and paid training. You will oversee the full automotive financing process, cultivate strong customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sales through thoughtful upselling and negotiation. This position emphasizes precision, accountability, and professional development within a collaborative dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end automotive loan processing, from credit analysis and deal structuring to title work, ensuring timely and accurate closings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and tailored service while effectively upselling financing and F&I products.
  • Negotiate favorable loan terms with clients while ensuring compliance with TILA and dealership policies.
  • Direct transaction structuring to maximize profitability while meeting industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all documents, contracts, and regulatory filings align with automotive sales and financial regulation standards.
  • Utilize dealership software to streamline loan processing, credit analysis, and client data management.
  • Provide ongoing training on regulatory updates, credit analysis techniques, and sales strategies to develop the team.
  • Maintain precise transaction records and perform accurate calculations, including 10-key typing tasks used in deal structuring.
  • Partner with sales to identify upsell opportunities that boost revenue while delivering strong customer service.
  • Monitor loan regulation compliance, including TILA disclosures and title processing procedures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in automotive finance or dealership financial services, including roles such as loan officer or finance manager.
  • Solid understanding of automotive sales regulations, financial compliance standards, and credit analysis techniques.
  • Proven negotiation, client communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK or equivalent.
  • Strong math skills for deal structuring and credit assessments; 10-key typing proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing products including F&I options.
  • Ability to interpret complex loan and title contracts accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to compliance documents and records.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to upselling beneficial products.

Technologies

CDK or equivalent dealership management software is used for transaction processing and record keeping.
