Job Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring for a Financial Management position supporting the finance organization with a mix of planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance responsibilities. This role spans multiple finance functions and contributes to the monthly business rhythm, including cost and schedule baseline development and variance reporting for program leadership.
Based in Orlando, FL (onsite), the role also supports quarterly and annual financial briefings, while integrating data from multiple systems to deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly business rhythm through comprehensive financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain cost and schedule baselines used for performance tracking.
- Prepare and present variance reports to program leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to help resolve budgetary issues.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial briefings.
- Perform multiple financial activities across finance functions, supporting performance-management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to develop and use pivot tables and other advanced Excel applications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Preferred / Desired Skills
- Experience with SAP4 HANA.
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
- Ability to learn computer interfaces and perform basic business functions, including applying cost analysis principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for structured problem solving, process orientation, self-starter behavior, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Location
- Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)
- Full-Time Salary Range: USD $59,900 - $111,300 per year
- Citizenship Requirement: MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN to support the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
