Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Remote FP&A leadership for Lockheed Martin's Launching Systems portfolio within RMS Finance & Business Operations, based in Moorestown, NJ with remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Direct the financial planning and reporting for the Launching Systems programs, shaping plans and presentations.
• Oversee the business rhythm of reviews and deliverables for Monthly Outlooks, Program Reviews, Annual Long-Range Plans, Strategic Forecast Models, Quarterly Contract Status Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews.
• Collaborate with Mk41 VLS and Next Gen Launchers teams to build detailed financial plans aligned to strategic objectives for orders, sales, EBIT, cash, and base commitments.
• Analyze portfolio performance through trend and variance analyses and manage a thorough list of risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Market Segment and Line of Business FP&A peers to define and meet reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of financial planning concepts for domestic and international contracts.
• Strong organizational ability to drive the team to meet business rhythm deliverables in a fast paced environment.
• Experience leading cross functional teams to identify initiatives that achieve financial goals.
• Ability to work independently in developing financial analyses and presenting to senior and executive leadership.
• High proficiency with financial reporting systems and tools, including SAP, Hyperion, and Excel.
• Prior experience performing portfolio level FP&A and related responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; eligibility for government security clearance is necessary.
• Security clearance at the Secret level is required.

Compensation

• Annual base salary range: $103,700 - $179,860, in most major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York; for other locations, the salary aligns with the final work location. Salary information is a general guideline.

Work arrangement

• Location: Moorestown, NJ with remote work option.
• Employment type: Full-Time; Shift: First.
• Schedule: 4x10 hour days, three days off per week.
• Remote work: Fully remote; may travel to Lockheed Martin offices for periodic meetings.
