Financial Services Representative

HCH Group LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support clients in Anniston, AL through clear product guidance and consistent relationship management. This in-person role focuses on helping prospective and existing clients understand available options, ensuring appointments are scheduled and documented, and maintaining accurate records while following company and industry procedures.

In this position, you will communicate professionally with clients, identify their needs, and provide timely follow-up, while also building product knowledge through training and professional-development meetings.

What you’ll do

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
• Explain product information, eligibility requirements, and available options clearly and accurately
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and provide continued customer support
• Schedule and conduct client appointments
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate available solutions
• Maintain accurate client and appointment records
• Follow company procedures and applicable industry requirements
• Participate in scheduled training and professional-development meetings
• Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered
• Provide timely follow-up to clients and prospective clients

Compensation and location

• Salary: USD $55,000 - $70,000 per year
