Job Description
Lead finance transformation and advisory engagements in an onsite role supporting process improvement, analytics, and client delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support finance transformation initiatives by spotting opportunities to improve processes through standardization and automation.
- Bring an independent viewpoint on finance and accounting organizations, using industry trends, market insights, and leading practices to address client challenges and opportunities.
- Perform in-depth assessments of business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Convert complex data into actionable insights using interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI.
- Own project delivery across the full lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, client communications, and meeting project objectives.
- Apply sound judgment in engagement management, including problem-solving, solution development, risk identification, and quality assurance.
- Support business development and go-to-market efforts by contributing to proposal work, identifying opportunities within existing client relationships, and delivering strong client service.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members through coaching, constructive feedback, and career development support, while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, finance process improvement, or finance advisory services.
- Knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or related sectors.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
