Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis - Strategic Tech Finance

This role is based onsite in Richmond, VA, with a yearly salary between USD 87,700 and 100,100 and provides FP&A support for Capital One's Tech Strategy Finance team, focusing on transparent financial results, performance analysis, and planning for new tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Convey the outcomes and key insights derived from analyses
• Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives
• Develop presentations to communicate analysis results to senior leadership
• Perform financial analysis and reporting, identifying key drivers and maintaining the regular reporting cycle
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management activities
• Prepare executive-level presentations to clearly convey analysis results to leadership
• Handle ad hoc requests related to acquisitions
• Independently manage, prioritize, and delegate tasks as needed
• Serve as project lead for designated responsibilities on the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis
• 2+ years of experience with financial modeling
• 1+ year of experience supporting a FP&A function
