Job Description
Belcan is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to support financial reporting and analysis for the Digital Technology organization, including ownership of individual projects. This role is focused on independent execution and collaboration across planning, actuals, forecasting, month-end close, and long-range planning for DT spend, headcount, and capital, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Digital Technology Finance, RTX Digital Technology, and Digital Technology leadership
- Partner with DT leadership and the finance team to produce and manage planning, actuals, and forecasting deliverables
- Compile, analyze, and report business DT spend actuals; collaborate to forecast future spend accurately
- Support DT leadership in achieving the operating plan and drive actions to sustain progress
- Perform financial month-end close and forecast activities
- Analyze actual results and provide guidance for short- and long-term financial improvements
- Support the Long-Range Plan and AOP process
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to key processes
- Monitor headcount, capital, and other DT activities as needed
- Help maintain effective internal controls to support compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and USG Accounting and Trade Compliance Regulations
Required Qualifications
- Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial information
- Finance experience related to financial planning and analysis in a highly matrixed organization
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be a U.S. Person or a Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Prior SAP experience
- Proven leadership in related positions
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
- Self-guided and self-motivated approach with the ability to work with limited oversight

- Pay: USD 65.00 to USD 71.00 per hour
