Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager - Experienced

Orchard Nissan, based in Latham, New York, is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to lead deal structuring, present F&I products with clarity, and uphold strict compliance across every transaction. The role blends active showroom presence with close collaboration with the sales team to maximize profitability and contribute to the development of the store’s finance department. This onsite position supports ethical lending practices while fostering strong relationships with lenders.

Responsibilities

• Structuring and finalizing deals
• Presenting and offering F&I products in a compliant and transparent manner
• Ensuring all federal, state, and lender compliance requirements are met on every deal
• Working directly with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive F&I
• Strong understanding of lender guidelines and deal structure
• Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance
• High level of professionalism with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
