Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

The Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager role at Hondru Ford is a full-time, onsite position in Manheim, PA. The role centers on explaining procedures, handling all related paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, training the sales team, and supporting customers through finance and lease programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a clear, ethical explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email in a professional and ethical manner.
• Manage all sale-related paperwork, secure required signatures, obtain payoff and insurance information, and verify title and lien details before forwarding to accounting.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle finance departments.
• Educate the sales team on current finance and lease programs and train them on the benefits of these products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Two to four years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for team-building with sales and the general office.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a current state insurance license.
• High level of accuracy in processing complex finance and lease deals.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
