Automotive Finance Manager

EasyCare Recruiting is hiring an Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager for an onsite role in Rochester, NY. The position includes a USD 140,000 per year compensation package, with pay based on performance and designed to be competitive with the retail automotive market. You will support customer outcomes through compliant, well-managed cash, finance, and loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell F&I products, and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Review, check, and verify paperwork tied to cash, finance, and loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek lender or bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist with acquiring approvals from lenders as needed.
• Understand lender programs and rate options available through our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and similar products.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of F&I experience is required.
• Prior automotive finance experience is preferred, but not required.
