Job Description
The Automotive Finance Manager will oversee the dealership's financing operations at Southern Illinois Used Auto Supercenter in Herrin, Illinois, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership financial transactions, ensuring precision and adherence to TILA requirements.
- Process loan applications efficiently while delivering strong customer service.
- Apply basic mathematical analysis to financial data and generate reports.
- Partner with dealership staff to streamline title processing and improve operations.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Negotiate terms with vendors and clients to secure favorable arrangements for the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Support training of team members on financial processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in loan processing and title processing within the automotive or financial services industries.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Ability to accurately perform 10-key typing for data entry tasks.
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve beneficial outcomes for the organization.
- Solid understanding of basic math principles as they apply to finance.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred but not required.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team.
