Automotive Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Obtain financing for customers while optimizing backend profit
• Structure deals to maximize approval rates and profitability
• Ensure adherence to all applicable requirements (state, federal, and lender-specific)
• Explain finance products and aftermarket options with clear, transparent information
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through integrity and clarity
• Collaborate with the sales managers and sales team to grow finance penetration and close ratios
• Strengthen lender relationships and pursue new partners when opportunities arise
• Drive key metrics including product penetration, PVR, and approval percentages

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a dealership finance manager role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Utah salesperson or finance license, or willingness to obtain
