Automotive Finance Manager

The Automotive Finance Manager role at Krenzen Auto in Duluth, MN (onsite) focuses on presenting financing options to car buyers, supporting the sales team, and upholding high ethical standards and CSI. The position requires at least two years of dealership F&I experience and emphasizes regulatory compliance and efficient financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and pursue monthly finance and insurance goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key performance indicators.
• Assess buyers' financing needs and present suitable auto finance plans.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as a finance director or manager while striving for a strong customer satisfaction index (CSI).
• Support the auto sales manager during each vehicle purchase and identify opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and coordinating with lending institutions.
• Manage the finance department's inventory of forms and supplies, including bank, state, and dealership documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least two years of dealership finance and insurance F&I manager or sales experience is required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic MS Office proficiency and related computer software skills.
