Job Description
A full-time, onsite Automotive Finance Manager role at Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Westminster, MD, with a salary range of USD 175,000 to 200,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Handle all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures, securing payoff information, and collecting insurance details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Explain financing options by outlining features, advantages, and benefits that best fit each client.
- Engage in business development and collaborate with the team to drive referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in a franchise dealership.
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of high CSI and profitability.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
