Automotive Finance Manager

Prescott Honda is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager in Prescott, AZ to oversee the finance process for vehicle purchases and help customers move from selection to contract completion. This onsite role focuses on arranging financing, managing lender approvals, and keeping transactions compliant while supporting an efficient, well-documented deal flow.

In addition to guiding customers through financing options, you will manage finance transactions end to end, collaborate with sales leadership, and help drive participation in additional finance products that support vehicle ownership. The role also includes staying current on required certifications and industry knowledge to ensure deals are structured correctly and funded on time.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support customers in arranging financing for their vehicle purchases.
• Offer additional finance products that enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
• Collaborate with sales management to ensure customers benefit from Finance department expertise.
• Stay current with required certifications and industry knowledge.
• Accurately structure and submit deals for lender approvals, make credit decisions, and support successful deal closings.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
• Expedite funding of contracts and support a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and review daily and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of dealership finance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional personal appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Computer software and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain lender relations and knowledge of respective lender programs and guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Eager, outgoing personality; self-motivation and desire for success.
• Strong desire to work with people; team player.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive sales and Finance: 2 years (Required).
