Automotive Finance Manager

Tri Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager for an onsite role in Kingsport, TN.

Responsibilities

• Set recommended sales and profit objectives
• Stay up to date on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they support customer needs
• Attend managers' meetings and training when requested
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time utilization and planning
• Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor performance of all vehicle sales employees
• Supervise sales efforts to support dealership image and customer satisfaction ratings
• Monitor and analyze salespeople performance
• Support salespeople in closing deals and assisting clients
• Communicate dealership policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance
• Maintain a timely owner follow-up process using the CRM

Requirements

• 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience required
• Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic required
• Willing to learn
• Strong sales and closing skills required
• Receptive to new ideas
• Valid driver’s license required

Salary

• USD 120,000 - 150,000 per year
