Automotive Finance Manager

Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Kia offers an Automotive Finance Manager role built around strong store performance and customer outcomes. This is a full-time onsite position in Williamsburg, VA with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $195,000 per year and benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, and health insurance.

What you’ll do

In this Finance/Business Manager capacity, you will help customers secure vehicle financing while ensuring each transaction is handled smoothly from proposal through funding. You will also support sales leadership and help keep the finance office workflow running efficiently.

• Offer vehicle financing to customers and clearly explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Assist the store manager while working as a Finance/Desk Manager.
• Supervise and manage the sales team to ensure daily prospecting and networking to solicit new customers.
• Develop new lending sources and maintain strong relationships with existing institutions to secure competitive financing programs.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts, then deliver completed deals.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Promote the success of the company, the store, and the Sales Team.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies, processes, procedures, and core values.
• Sell financing and other finance products to customers.
• Meet monthly objectives.
• Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes.
• Maintain a proper lender mix.

What you bring

• Prior Automotive Finance experience (2 years preferred).
• Outgoing personality and strong relationship-building skills, with a clear customer-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Stable career history with previous employers.
• Self-motivated team player with effective communication.
• Dealer Track, JMA, CDK experience is a plus.
