Santa Barbara Honda, a well-regarded dealership in Buellton, California, is looking for an Automotive Finance Producer to guide customers through financing options, structure deals with lenders, and present F&I products in a consultative, no-pressure manner. The role sits at the intersection of finance and customer experience, partnering with the sales team to ensure a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery for buyers.

Salary

USD 50,000 - 175,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing with clarity, honesty, and care
• Structure deals and work with lenders to find the best fit for each customer
• Present F&I products, warranties, GAP, insurance; in a consultative, no-pressure way
• Partner with the sales team to deliver a smooth, memorable delivery experience

Requirements

• Experience in automotive F&I or financial services
• A people-first approach; you build relationships, not just deals
• Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
• California DMV Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
