Job Description
Join Happy Trailers in Ferris, TX as a Finance and Insurance Specialist, where you will guide customers through financing, warranty, and aftermarket product options to help them acquire and safeguard their trailer purchases. This onsite role focuses on delivering clear financing guidance, processing applications, and maintaining strong lender relationships to secure favorable terms for buyers.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers directly to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, and aftermarket products
- Identify competitive rates to help customers move forward with purchases
- Process financing applications and assist customers in obtaining approval
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and properly filed
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates
- Ensure compliance by following local, state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Strong sales and closing skills to drive dealership performance
- Advanced negotiation skills to tailor the right finance product for customers
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to match deals to customers' financial situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex programs clearly
- Knowledge of financial compliance requirements
- Dealership industry experience and knowledge
- Ability to upsell warranties and other aftermarket products
- Proficiency navigating multiple web-based programs while assisting customers by phone
- Assist customers with completing credit applications and discuss terms of approvals
- Ability to clearly explain vehicle tag and title options
