Experienced Finance & Insurance Manger (F &I)

Onsite in Wexford, PA, the Experienced Finance & Insurance Manager will oversee the full F&I process for Germain Land Rover North Hills, ensuring compliant, fundable deals while protecting customers and the dealership through accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and complete auto finance and lease transactions
• Present F&I products with professionalism, integrity, and clarity
• Nurture lender partnerships to secure competitive approvals
• Maintain full accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and lender criteria
• Produce clean, fund-ready deals with minimal post-sale rework or information requests
• Collaborate with sales and management to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries
• Protect customer data and dealership assets

Requirements

• Prior F&I management experience required
• Demonstrated track record of high production, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, digital menus, and lender programs
• Excellent communication, closing, and organizational skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with a dealership management system (DMS)
• Valid driver’s license
