Job Description
The F&I Manager will coordinate financing options and product offerings for customers in Greenville, NC, ensuring compliant and profitable deal flow.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in securing financing options for their vehicle purchases.
- Present optional product offerings to enhance ownership and vehicle experience.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability.
- Maintain required licenses and certifications for the role.
- Prepare accurate deal desks and quotes.
- Submit financing packages to lenders for approval.
- Make credit decisions.
- Close deals efficiently.
- Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare paperwork and contracts.
- Deliver final deals to customers.
- Post-sale, audit team deals for accuracy.
- Analyze processes for opportunities and improvements.
- Ensure timely funding of all contracts.
Requirements
- Strong desire to improve.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Skilled at structuring deals to maximize profitability.
- Knowledgeable about title laws and vehicle registration processes.
- Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation and presentation expertise.
- Valid driver's license.
