Finance & Accounting Manager

Senior finance and accounting leadership accountable for financial planning, analytics, ERP data integrity, business intelligence, and decision support, with a focus on robust financial controls and strategic analysis. This on-site, full-time position is located in Hudson, Colorado, offering potential for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data within the Odoo ERP and govern master data across the system.
• Design and maintain analytics dashboards and deliver executive KPI reporting.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
• Analyze profitability by customer, SKU, and manufacturing plant.
• Optimize working capital through targeted processes and metrics.
• Coordinate the month-end close, support audits, and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead capital planning and conduct strategic financial analysis.
• Support general financial and accounting functions and related projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Odoo.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
