Job Description
Loyalty Toyota is hiring an experienced F&I leader to oversee the Finance and Insurance department and strengthen the dealership’s financing performance. This onsite role in Colonial Heights, VA focuses on driving day-to-day results, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a consistent customer experience throughout the financing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and performance of the F&I department
- Ensure customers receive a smooth, professional, and efficient financing experience
- Clearly explain financing options, terms, and approval pathways
- Present financing solutions and vehicle-protection products
- Develop forecasts, strategies, and performance plans aimed at growth and profitability
- Recruit, coach, and manage F&I team members
- Build and maintain productive relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and company policies
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Provide reporting, analysis, and performance recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with general managers, sales managers, and other leaders to optimize deal flow
- Assist with deal structuring and vehicle appraisals as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in automotive finance and insurance
- Senior-level F&I experience, including director, manager, or multi-location leadership experience (preferred)
- Established lender relationships and extensive knowledge of lender programs
- Experience managing a range of credit profiles and complex approvals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency with dealership technology and software systems
Compensation
This position offers competitive, performance-based compensation with an earning range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year.
