Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist role supports dealership sales by working directly with customers on financing and related products tied to their motorcycle purchase. The position is based onsite in Parker, CO and focuses on achieving sales targets, processing finance and insurance deals, and maintaining strong lender and insurance relationships.

Location and Employment Details

• Location: Parker, CO (onsite)
• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: USD 60,000 to 80,000 per year
• Work style: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed targeted sales goals while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
• Build and sustain working relationships with lenders and insurance product sources
• Sell finance and insurance products, and process customer payments
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Submit finance deal paperwork to finance sources and obtain approvals
• Acquire and maintain required licenses for selling products and services in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Present a transparent menu of financing options and products to enhance the customer motorcycle ownership experience
• Follow legal standards including Red Flags, OFAC, and Safe-Guards rules
• Achieve product penetration targets
• Use menu training aids provided by trainers to present products to clients

Requirements

• Strong track record in Motorcycle Finance sales, product penetration, and customer service
• Ability to maintain and grow relationships with lending partners
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and follow-through
• Basic MS Office knowledge, along with computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to “close” and to ask for the sale with follow-through
• Internet savvy and mathematically strong
• DEALERSHIP F&I DEAL: 1 year (Required)
• AUTOMOTIVE SALES LICENSE: Required
• DRIVER’S LICENSE: Required
