Financial Management Asc - E1

You will serve as a Financial Management Asc within the Financial Management team, supporting planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. The role is based in Arlington, Texas with onsite expectations and includes variance analysis, consolidation of financial results, forward-looking analytics, and support for proposal and negotiation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial and variance analysis, identify trends, and develop mitigation plans.
• Consolidate financial results across areas including orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, and discretionary funding for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
• Create forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to support strategy.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP requirements through established policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Desire for continuous learning and a commitment to an effective team.

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
• Experience establishing and managing program cost baselines.

Compensation and Pay Range

Full-Time Salary Range: $49,500.00 - $91,900.00 per year.
