General Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assist with project financial planning and management, including time recording, cost valuation, capitalization, and purchase order forecasting.
• Conduct variance analyses comparing budgeted versus actual costs and deliver insights to project managers.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cost estimates to support project tracking and governance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide timely financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards, with focus on internally developed technology.
• Review contracts and monitor project cost performance.
• Support financial reporting using tools such as Apptio One and Targetprocess where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project accounting or related financial roles.
• Strong experience in financial forecasting, reconciliation, and project accounting.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Apptio One / Targetprocess: 1 year (Required)

Compensation

USD 45.00 per hour
