Job Description

Experis is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of sanctions and AML screening solutions on the NetReveal platform from its Jersey City base. The Lead Financial Crimes Data Engineer / NetReveal Architect works within the Financial Crimes Compliance team, emphasizing large-scale data processing and close collaboration with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade sanctions and AML screening solutions on NetReveal, aligning with security and risk controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, refine, and deliver project stories on schedule while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Leverage deep expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica ETL to process large data volumes efficiently.
  • Tune database schemas and queries to support scalability and performance in high-volume environments.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in application development within financial crimes, sanctions, or AML domains.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle database architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica (PowerCenter and IDMC).
  • Practical experience with relational and dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.
  • Knowledge of cloud/data engineering concepts and container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of financial crimes workflows, sanctions screening, PEP/negative news screening, and related processes.
