Manager, Finance & Commercial Risk

This Finance & Commercial Risk Manager position supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk-focused decision-making for the organization’s Denver office.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, metrics, and business performance indicators
• Partner with leadership to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Monitor financial results and identify risks and opportunities
• Assist with business initiatives through financial analysis and recommendations
• Contribute to risk management, compliance, and internal control activities
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Participate in cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve performance and efficiency
• Provide leadership and guidance within the finance function

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support business decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification
• Experience supporting complex or multi-location business operations
• Background in process improvement, strategic planning, or business transformation
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, or governance activities

Workstyle

• Onsite in the Denver area

Location: Tempe, AZ (onsite)
Compensation: USD 191,000 - 210,000 per yearly
