Job Description
Location
Seattle, Washington, hybrid work arrangement
Compensation
Hourly rate: $40 to $55 per hour
Benefits

Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience (flexible for strong candidates)
- Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Willingness to support both accounting and accounts payable responsibilities
- Highly adaptable with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Review contracts and monitor vendor payments to ensure contract compliance
- Perform month-end closing activities and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
- Support year-round audit activities
- Assist payroll functions and coordinate with Paylocity as needed
- Maintain accounts payable process
- Maintain receipts and disbursement reports, including spend centers
- Issue 1099s at year end
- Account for international subsidiaries
- Assist with various automation projects, including ERP and expense tools
- Contribute to various ad hoc analyses as required
