Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor in Des Moines, IA (onsite) to help Christians gain financial clarity while building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop a personal practice that guides Christian clients toward financial clarity and supports lives of service and faith.
- Deliver personalized, practical guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Foster authentic, long-term relationships across generations based on trust, with the ability to serve clients in your local community.
- Schedule client appointments through your network and Thrivent’s reputation, while delivering engaging financial workshops and marketing your practice.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to promote work‑life balance.
- Join a collaborative culture where colleagues are invested in your success and ready to assist.
- Receive support from specialists across the organization, including business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors as you grow your practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) required before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
