Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships independently and deliver planning recommendations and strategies
- Support client meetings across Discovery, planning, and reviews
- Prepare recommendations, follow-ups, and implementation steps
- Manage assigned client relationships within a structured service model
- Collaborate with advisors, paraplanners, and service team members
- Maintain CRM accuracy and communication standards
- Guide clients through the full Financial Game Plan process
- Contribute to business growth and client development
- Time allocation: 50% – client meetings and relationship support; 20% – planning and case preparation; 15% – team collaboration; 15% – licensing and professional development
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or related field
- Exposure to client-facing work and financial products
- Licensing (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
