Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager role in Granbury, TX overseeing dealership financing and insurance workflows, compliance, deal structuring, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full automotive financing and insurance process, including loan approval, title processing, TILA (Truth in Lending Act) compliance, and contract preparation
• Support customers with transparent financial guidance and tailored solutions to strengthen customer relationships
• Perform credit analysis to determine appropriate loan terms while ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Structure deals using industry knowledge of financial services and transaction structuring, negotiating terms that align customer needs and dealership outcomes
• Upsell finance and protection products, including extended warranties, service plans, and insurance options
• Coordinate with sales teams to enable smooth deal closing while adhering to applicable automotive sales industry regulations
• Use dealership management software (including CDK or similar platforms) to complete loan processing, documentation, and record-keeping
• Ensure every transaction complies with relevant federal and state requirements, including TILA and title processing procedures, plus applicable financial regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, approvals, and contractual agreements using 10-key typing and basic math for precise data entry and calculations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing automotive finance operations or similar dealership finance roles
• Loan officer experience or a background in financial services is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA, title processing procedures, and other financial regulatory standards
• Demonstrated capability in credit analysis, deal structuring, negotiation, and upselling
• Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or equivalent software
• Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on high-quality customer service
• Basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency for accurate entries and calculations
• Knowledge of automotive financing products, insurance offerings, and related legal requirements for financial transactions
