Job Description
At Schaumburg Kia, part of the Rohrman Automotive Group, you will join a team that prioritizes strong compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive network. This onsite Automotive Finance Manager role offers a very competitive pay plan, health and savings protections, paid time off, and a clear path to advance within the dealership and Rohrman group. You will oversee customer loan origination and approvals, present and upsell financial products, coordinate with the sales team to maximize unit counts, and maintain productive lender relationships.
Location: Schaumburg, IL (onsite). Salary: USD 200,000 - 400,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all customer loan origination and approval processes
- Present and explain financial products, including insurance and investment protection options
- Sell insurance and investment protection products to customers
- Monitor and ensure timely funding of contracts
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Collaborate with the sales management team to maximize unit counts
- Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions
- Meet and exceed monthly objectives
Requirements
- Auto dealership F&I experience with 3 years of hands-on work (Required)
- 2+ years F&I Manager experience at a retail car dealership
- Kia or Hyundai experience is a plus, but not required
- Proven supervisory experience in an Automotive Financial Services role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
