Automotive Finance Manager

Automotive Finance Manager at Prestige Ford in Columbiana, OH onsite, overseeing the financing and insurance workflow to deliver a smooth customer financing experience; salary range USD 70,000 - 180,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the finance and insurance (F&I) workflow tied to vehicle sales
• Present and upsell finance products including service contracts, GAP coverage, and protection plans
• Source and secure financing through multiple lenders to offer customers competitive loan or lease options
• Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and dealership regulations in every transaction
• Maintain and nurture relationships with lending institutions
• Deliver a seamless, customer-focused financing experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals and help achieve dealership targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or automotive finance, preferably in a dealership setting
• Experience in a dealership F&I department or selling financial services
• Dealertrack experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers
