Utah Truck Country offers a clear path for finance leadership with autonomy and meaningful growth. As the sole F&I Manager onsite in Lehi, you will run the finance department, overseeing roughly 35 retail deals each month, in a full-time role with a salary range of $6,000 to $16,000+ per month.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all dealership Finance & Insurance operations
  • Present finance, lease, warranty, GAP, service contracts, and protection products
  • Structure and submit deals to multiple lending institutions
  • Maximize finance income while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain lender relationships and secure competitive financing options
  • Ensure transactions comply with state, federal, and lender requirements
  • Prepare accurate finance paperwork and funding packages
  • Maintain strong compliance standards and deal accuracy
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager experience required
  • Automotive dealership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of automotive lending and indirect financing
  • Experience with menu selling and aftermarket products
  • Proven record of maximizing finance income and product penetration
  • Excellent closing, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire finance department
