Automotive Finance Manager

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager for DARCARS Kia of Frederick in Frederick, MD. This onsite role leads the customer finance process, with a focus on maximizing dealership earnings while meeting lender requirements and maintaining strong customer experience standards.

The position centers on the day-to-day execution of finance and warranty sales, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with both customers and lending partners. You will work closely with the sales team to structure deals, secure approvals, and support ongoing performance goals including CSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer finance process in person and using digital retailing tools
• Present and sell finance and warranty products in a confident, compliant manner
• Partner with sales professionals to build profitable deal structures
• Obtain lender approvals and ensure title paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and consistent client satisfaction
• Provide guidance on relevant DMV laws and finance regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners

Requirements

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
• Strong understanding of lending guidelines and compliance expectations
• Professional, confident menu presentations
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office

Compensation & Location

• Location: Frederick, MD (onsite)
• Salary: USD 240,000 per year
• Minimum experience: 2 years
