Automotive Finance Manager
Job Description
DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich is looking for an Automotive Finance Manager to support the sales team and customers through key steps of the vehicle purchase. In this onsite role in Greenwich, CT, you will help drive the financial process, manage F&I transactions and documentation, and work closely with lenders and internal partners to keep deals moving.
Role Overview
- Partner directly with the sales team and customers to assist with the financial buying process
- Consult and sell finance and insurance warranties, including providing a clear finance and insurance menu presentation that explains warranty packages
- Support sales professionals with customers as needed to explain lending options and warranties
- Achieve monthly objectives and meet deadlines for submitting customer paperwork to lenders and accounting
- Prepare and submit accurate title work and funding paperwork in a timely manner
- Handle customer money during vehicle transactions and turn funds over to accounting
- Maintain lender and vendor relationships and uphold an impeccable reputation with finance partners
- Adhere to local and national regulations and advise the sales team on new or recently changed state laws related to vehicle purchasing
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships
- Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly
- Maintain a track record of excellent CSI scores
Qualifications
- Automotive Finance Management experience required (NON negotiable, verified)
- Verified track record of a top performer required
- Prior automotive sales consultant experience required: 1–3 years
- Prior finance manager experience required: 2–3 years
- Luxury automotive experience preferred
- Available to work Saturdays
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
- Ability to understand tag and title laws and DMV requirements

Compensation and Location
- Location: Greenwich, CT (onsite)
- Compensation: USD 350,000 per yearly
- Minimum experience: 2 years
