Job Description
In Auburn, Indiana, Ben Davis Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join its on-site team and oversee the dealership’s financing operations. This role centers on securing loans, structuring deals, ensuring lender compliance, and finalizing contracts, all while cultivating strong customer relationships and driving profitability through financing and insurance offerings.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in obtaining financing for vehicle purchases
- Structure financing deals
- Ensure adherence to lender guidelines
- Prepare and finalize contracts
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Drive dealership profitability through financing and insurance products
- Educate customers about financing options and insurance products
- Desk deals and submit to lenders for approval
- Make credit determinations
- Close financing transactions effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing process
Requirements
- Auto dealership Finance Manager experience is required
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
- Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
