Job Description
The Automotive Finance Producer role is onsite in Goleta, CA, with a salary range of USD 50,000 - 175,000 per year, focused on guiding customers through financing, structuring deals with lenders, presenting F&I products, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the financing process with clarity, honesty, and care
- Structure deals and coordinate with lenders to find the best fit for each customer
- Present F&I offerings, including warranties, GAP, and insurance, in a consultative, pressure-free manner
- Partner with the sales team to deliver a smooth and memorable delivery experience
Requirements
- Experience in automotive F&I or financial services
- CDK experience preferred, but not required
- A people-first approach; you build relationships, not just deals
- Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
- California DMV Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
