Job Description
The Finance and Insurance Manager role at Wareing Motors Belle Fourche in Sturgis, South Dakota, oversees the end-to-end automotive finance process, presents and sells finance, warranty, and protection products, and ensures a high-quality customer experience while coordinating with lenders and the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete automotive financing workflow from contract creation to funding
- Present and upsell finance, warranty, and protection products using a structured menu-selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers, lender partners, and dealership staff
- Secure approvals and funding from multiple finance sources
- Ensure accuracy and compliance for contracts, title work, taxes, and lender documentation
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain lender portfolio performance and compliance standards
- Deliver a transparent, high-quality customer experience from first contact to funding completion
Requirements
- Automotive finance and insurance experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of achieving performance and profitability targets
- Familiarity with Dealertrack preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and closing skills
- High attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
