Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the automotive finance process from contract to funding
• Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products using a professional menu-selling process
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff
• Secure approvals and funding from multiple finance sources
• Ensure accuracy and compliance for all contracts, title work, taxes, and lender documentation
• Partner closely with the sales department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain lender portfolio performance and compliance standards
• Deliver a transparent, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
