Dealership Finance Manager

As a high-level finance leader at Gib's RV Superstore, you’ll steer the dealership’s Finance Department from our Medford showroom, shaping the customer financing experience with direct guidance from the Owner and Sales Manager. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on F&I execution, ensuring clean processes and prompt funding while safeguarding sensitive financial information. You will be integral to maintaining top-tier compliance and operational excellence as you grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the performance of the Finance Department to meet company objectives.
• Execute the F&I process in real time, secure lender approvals, and obtain customer commitments.
• Maintain flawless paperwork, manage contracts in transit, and facilitate timely funding through proactive communication with the business office.
• Protect customers' financial information while advancing the dealership’s critical interests.
• Ensure the department remains in full compliance, giving ownership confidence in the financing function.
• Receive direct training from the Owner and Sales Manager to build the tools needed for success.

Requirements

• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate productive relationships with banks, lenders, and vendors.
• Strong computer proficiency and efficient typing skills to manage contracts and lender portals accurately.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, staying current on lending trends, compliance laws, and industry standards.
• A track record of reliability and success in a professional setting.
• Ability to independently find answers and navigate complex financial hurdles.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid Oregon driver's license.

Pay

Salary: USD 75,000 - 150,000 per year.
