Digital EFT Product Manager – Enterprise Finance & Compliance

Oversee the strategy, development, and ongoing management of FMC Corporation's digital finance products and IT solutions for a global organization in Philadelphia, PA on a hybrid basis, owning the end-to-end portfolio and leading a team to enable systems across core finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Own the technology portfolio for designated finance domains, partnering with Finance and Digital stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap informed by market insights, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and prioritize features across record-to-report, product costing, tax and transfer pricing, statutory reporting, financial consolidations, and FP&A, while coordinating with Digital teams to align on priorities.
• Leadership and Team Management: Direct a team of Digital/IT professionals, including system analysts and solution engineers, to deliver high-value work; manage delivery leads as needed and foster skill development among indirect reports.
• Demand, Value, and Prioritization: Own demand intake and backlog management for assigned areas within governance, shaping ideas for projects, enhancements, TLS work, and roadmaps; partner with Finance to clarify business value, define scope, and set priorities.
• Enterprise Systems Accountability: Hold domain accountability within the enterprise systems ecosystem (ERP and connected platforms), ensuring controls, data integrity, audit readiness, release/change governance, and vendor performance; drive innovation tied to KPIs.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee ideation, development, launch, iteration, and retirement of products and IT solutions across the portfolio.
• Delivery Leadership: Guide Digital/IT resources to execute plans that deliver measurable business outcomes and high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Demand Prioritization & PMO Coordination: Align scope and planning with the PMO, ensuring clarity on value and impact and maintaining transparent prioritization.
• Lifecycle Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor the full product lifecycle, track KPIs, manage risks, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive assessments, identify opportunities, and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Performance Measurement: Systematically track product performance using KPIs and metrics, driving data-informed refinements.
• Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of users throughout development to ensure needs are prioritized and user experience remains central.
• Risk Management: Identify risks related to development and delivery and implement mitigation strategies to protect program outcomes.

Requirements

• Functional & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes and technical aptitude to grasp digital technologies, software development lifecycles, and IT architecture, including enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and related systems (Concur, IBP, ARIBA, MDG, SAC).
• Business Analysis: Ability to translate business goals and user needs into actionable product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders across finance and technology teams.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on complex initiatives.
• Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies and practical use of project management tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and releases.
