Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

The onsite Finance & Insurance Manager role in Monroeville, PA focuses on guiding customers through financing and insurance options, presenting F&I products, ensuring compliant documentation, and partnering with sales to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in exploring financing and insurance options and present appropriate F&I products.
• Present and upsell F&I products and services to support dealership objectives.
• Verify that all finance documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a consistently high level of service throughout the vehicle purchase journey.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to optimize customer satisfaction and overall dealership performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of automotive F&I experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending processes, and F&I products.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast paced dealership environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Monroeville, PA 15146 prior to starting.
