Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Finance and Accounting at CardsHQ, LLC leads accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to build scalable processes and support strategic decision-making in a hybrid Atlanta setting.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close cycle, perform reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.
- Oversee inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, sales tax, and consignment-related complexities.
- Design and enhance internal controls and approval workflows.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax obligations, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accounting policies and comprehensive financial documentation.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
- Analyze performance drivers across revenue channels including Retail stores.
- Analyze performance drivers across revenue channels including Ecommerce.
- Analyze performance drivers across revenue channels including Live breaks.
- Analyze performance drivers across revenue channels including Shows/events.
- Analyze performance drivers across revenue channels including Sponsorships.
- Analyze performance drivers across revenue channels including Digital subscriptions.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide leadership visibility.
- Conduct ROI and profitability analyses.
- Support strategic modeling for expansion opportunities and new initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and leadership.
- Improve systems, workflows, and reporting processes to scale with growth.
- Support lender, investor, and audit-related financial requests.
Requirements
- Five plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Strong GAAP knowledge.
- Experience leading monthly close and financial reporting processes.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience in inventory-intensive or retail-oriented businesses.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Pay
Annual salary: USD 90,099.32 - 120,033.59 per year
