Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Based in Savannah, GA, this on-site role supports the automotive finance and insurance operations at Vaden Chevrolet Cadillac Brunswick. The position targets a seasoned professional with a minimum of four years in automotive finance and insurance, combining lender relations, deal structuring, and customer guidance to drive smooth transactions and repeat business. Responsibilities

• Facilitate financing options for buyers and promote aftermarket products as part of the deal process
• Efficiently process automotive loan applications, titling, and related documents
• Build and maintain solid relationships with lending partners
• Explain all aspects of a purchase to customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Meet or exceed dealership sales goals
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores

Requirements

• Minimum four years of Automotive Finance and Insurance management experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive leasing and special finance programs
• Experience with state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
• Finance Training Certificate from Finance School
