Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Explain financing and purchase options clearly to customers, helping them understand available choices.
• Uphold the dealership's sales process while maintaining the group’s reputation for honesty and integrity.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with finance programs such as DealerTrack DMS, Stone Eagle, IMPACT, Selectfi, Route One, and related platforms.
• Review and maintain the customer database in a manner that aligns with collaboration with the sales team.
• Coordinate prompt funding of contracts while sustaining positive relationships with local financial institutions.
• Adhere to dealership policies, processes, and procedures.
• Strictly comply with applicable local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations for all vehicle and insurance deals.
• Prior F&I management experience is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and assist the sales team on short notice.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean New York State driver’s license.
